George Foreman chicken thighs are incredibly juicy and flavorful. With just a few simple marinade ingredients and the help of your trusty George Foreman grill (or any indoor contact grill), you can have a mouthwatering meal on the table in no time.

If you're a fan of delicious, juicy chicken, then you'll definitely want to give George Foreman chicken thighs a try!
Chicken thighs are a delicious, budget-friendly cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways.
One of our favorite ways to cook boneless skinless chicken thighs is on a George Foreman grill.
George Foreman grills were all the rage a few years ago, way back before our kitchens were filled with Instant Pots and Air Fryers.
But I've fallen back in love with my indoor grill. It's super quick and healthy and you can cook so much on it.
These contact grills are perfect for cooking chicken thighs because they cook the chicken quickly and evenly on both sides. This means that you don't have to worry about the chicken being overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other.

What is a George Foreman Grill?
A George Foreman grill is a type of indoor electric grill that was invented by former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman.
It's designed with two cooking plates that are angled to allow fat and grease to drain away from the food, so you get healthier and leaner meals.
The grill is typically used for cooking meats, such as chicken, steak, and burgers. However, it can also be used for vegetables, sandwiches, and more. I love making grilled cheese sandwiches in mine!
The grill is easy to use and can be a great option for those who want to cook healthier meals at home.
