M&M Pancakes
Easy, tasty, Loaded M&M Pancakes! They have M&Ms in the batter, and are topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and more M and M's.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs large
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup m&ms (ideally chilled in the refrigerator so they don’t melt too quickly)
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined (do not beat).
- Heat a frying pan or skillet over a medium heat. Add a little oil or butter if the pan is not non-stick.
- Add heaped tablespoons of the batter to the pan, then sprinkle in a few m&ms and cover with a little more batter.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve, topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and M&Ms.
