Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 15 ounces can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 15 ounces can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs (optional, but makes the results fluffier)
  • ½ cup butter melted and cooled

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175C). Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir it all together well.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking pan, then bake it in the oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden.
