Frankenstein Halloween Toast

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • ½ cup guacamole or mashed avocado
  • 20 black olives

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • Meanwhile, cut 4 of the black olives into rounds, and cut the rest into strips, lengthways.
  • Spread the toast with the guacamole or mashed avocado.
  • Arrange the strips of olives at the top for ‘hair’.
  • Place two rounds onto each slice for ‘eyes’.
  • Use strips on each slice for a mouth and scar.
  • Serve with whole pitted black olives on the side of each Halloween toast to look like 'neck bolts'.
