Basil Aioli

This traditional aioli recipe is mixed with the fresh garden taste of basil for a sauce that's perfect for sandwiches, salads, and more.

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup fresh basil finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons lemon juice fresh
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and whiz unti the basil is all broken down.
  • Transfer the basil aioli to a container. You can use right away, but for best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
  • Store your basil aioli in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
