Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Optional: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.
  • Slice the potatoes into thin rounds (this is quickest if you have a mandoline slicer, but a knife works too). Place the potato slices into a large bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings.
  • Place the coated potato slices into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway, or until golden and crispy.
