First, you'll need to rinse the lamb chops and pat them dry.

Using a silicone brush, brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.

Mix the salt and spices, then sprinkle over both sides of the chops.

TIP: If desired, you can leave the chops, covered with cling film, for 30 minutes to marinate in the spices.

Transfer the lamb chops to the air fryer basket. Roast in the air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes, then flip each one over with tongs and cook for a further 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Lamb chops can be checked for readiness by cutting the meat to see the pinkness inside. You can also check readiness with an electronic thermometer which will read 120°F for rare, 125°F for medium-rare, 130°F for medium, and well done at 145°F for well-done.
