Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240g)
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil (white or black)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 garlic clove finely grated
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the garlic clove finely.
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk or stir to combine.
