Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels. Tip: This helps the seasoning stick better and promotes browning.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, making sure to cover them completely.
- Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
