There's nothing quite like a cold glass of lemonade on a hot day. Add some mint, and you've got a refreshing Mint Lemonade that's perfect for enjoying poolside or any time of year!
½cuplemon juicefrom approximately 4 lemons (or a mix of lemon and lime juice)
3 ½cupsseltzer water (or plain water)
Instructions
Put the mint, sugar and tap water into a small saucepan. Stir, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely, then strain out the mint.
Add to a jug with the ice, slices of lemon, lemon juice, mint and seltzer water (or regular water).
Serve chilled.
