Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage sliced (I use Kielbasa)

Instructions

  • Stir the chili flakes into the honey in a small bowl, and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over a medium heat, then add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned on both sides, 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in the hot honey and heat for 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
  • Serving suggestion: Serve with toothpicks for easy serving.
