Ingredients

  • 1 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.
  • Whisk the mixture until the sugar has dissolved and all the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
    Note: It will thicken further as it cools.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Let cool before serving with your favorite grilled meats or wings.
