Ingredients

Cheese (approx 50 ounces)

  • 1 wheel Brie sliced into triangles
  • 1 wedge Bleu cheese
  • 1 block Havarti (I used dill havarti)
  • 1 block Cheddar (I used cranberry white cheddar)
  • 1 round Smoked Gouda

Meat (approx 50 ounces)

  • 10 ounces Dry salami spicy and regular sliced
  • 10 ounces Prosciutto or other cured, thin meat
  • 10 ounces Pepperoni
  • 10 ounces Spicy Sausage
  • 10 ounces Ham

Breads

  • 1 cup Small pretzel sticks
  • 20 ounces Crackers Choose a variety flavors and colors
  • Cut French baguette

Extras

  • Fruit Jelly (Try Trader Joe's Pepper Jelly)
  • 1 cup Nuts
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Olives
  • 1 cup Bite Size Meringue Cookies or sweet treat of your choice
  • Fresh Rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and prep any fruit or vegetables.
  • Cut the cheeses into small pieces or slices.
  • Arrange any bowls or ramekins on the board first to fill with nuts, olives, jelly etc.
  • Add cheeses, crackers and meats, spread out decoratively.
  • Add fruits and vegetables.
  • Fill in any gaps on the board with nuts, bite size cookies (I used mini meringues) and then garnish with rosemary or other herbs.
