Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half, or larger ones into quarters, so they’re around the same size.
  • Place the baby potatoes into a large bowl, then add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Place the coated potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking, until crispy and golden.

  • Cut potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
