Teriyaki Salmon (Air Fryer)

This Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon is marinated in a simple homemade teriyaki sauce and then air fried until it's perfectly cooked.

It's quick, healthy, and bursting with flavor - perfect for a weeknight meal served with rice or your favorite side dishes!

COOK TIME:  7 Minutes



-  Water -  Soy sauce -  Brown sugar -  Honey

-  Ground ginger -  Garlic powder -  Cornstarch -  Cold water

Make the teriyaki sauce: stir the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, and honey together in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 1

Stir the cornstarch and water together to create a thick ‘slurry’. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan and reduce the heat slightly.

Step 2

Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until thick.

Step 3

Pat the salmon dry with paper towels (the skin doesn’t need to be removed).
