- Beef chuck
- Tomato paste
- Beef broth
- Diced potatoes
Add the oil to the Instant Pot on 'saute' mode. When it's hot, add the beef and fry it, with the lid off, stirring often, until browned all over.
Add the onion to the pot on 'saute' and cook, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until soft but not browned.
Stir in the tomato paste and garlic and fry for a further minute.
Pour in the cooked beef, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, paprika, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt and pepper.
