George Foreman Chicken Thighs

George Foreman chicken thighs are so juicy and tasty!  You only need chicken, a few simple marinade ingredients, and an indoor contact grill.

COOK TIME:  12  minutes



-  Chicken thighs -  Soy sauce -  Olive oil -  Dijon mustard -  Garlic powder -  Italian herbs -  Salt

Preheat the indoor contact grill for 3-4 minutes on the 'grill' or 'chicken' setting, or to 400°F/200°C.

Step 1

Mix the soy sauce, oil, Dijon mustard, salt, spices, and herbs in a large bowl.

Step 2

Place the chicken thighs in the marinade and toss to coat each one.

Step 3

When the grill is hot, lay the chicken thighs next to each other.
