COOK TIME: 10 minutes
- Jumbo shrimp
- All purpose flour
- Smoked paprika
- Black pepper
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Set aside.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together ½ cup of the flour with the milk, egg, paprika, salt and pepper.
It should be a pancake batter consistency.
In another shallow bowl, add the remaining ½ cup of flour.
In a third shallow bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and coconut.
